The Zero Men come from the wind swept northern plains with their distilled version of psychedelic progressive rock, varying between hard rock, ethereal introspection, and freak out trips, casting light on the shadows in a human mind. Songs like "Walking Her Dog" and "Mexico" are right at home on the playlist of any frat house dweller, while "Beach" is reminicient of late 60's power rock, "Life For Love" and "You" having an almost Pink Floyd-Beatles feeling. They truly are a most interesting band!
With a strong hint of The Doors, The Zero Men are a progressive rock band whose sound resembles a hard rock version of Peter Gabriel, with Warren Zevon and the Clash also in the mix! Pretty cool stuff.
