Kess "The MC" wants to remind us what music with a message sounds like with, Time Keeps Slipping. Radio would have you think that this generation just wants to sip syrup and pop pills. Mainstream artist seem oblivious to the unjust killings and human rites violation’s taking place in the hood. Are things really better? Do we know longer need groups like Public Enemy Screaming FIGHT THE POWER? We are still being held in illegal chokeholds, illegally searched and gunned down by police. Kess feels that the powers that be purposely extinguished the revolutionary message from Hip-Hop in order to numb the minds of future generation to the injustice surrounding them.

The Box is the program or the pattern that keeps artists brainwashed into projecting themselves as, drug dealers, drug addicts and killers. This program has turned a once powerful medium that taught Unity and self respect, Into a music that fuels jealousy, crime and hate for one another.
