Johnny starts his songs with a few words or musical phrases, usually recorded on his cellphone while walking in the waves. Later in the studio, Johnny picks an instrument & starts recording... singing & playing, making up words as he goes, not even knowing what the song is really about yet. Later the song will reveal its self & it's meaning. By doing everything on the album, Johnny has control to express himself on several levels in every aspect of the music.
