02.06.02 Beautiful Situation
Beautiful Situation is a mix-tape introduction project of beats by producer C Track. Featuring a composition of talent ranging from Hip-hop to Neo-Soul R&B to spoken word. A matter of creativity just waiting to be heard.
But just don’t take our word for it.
"I am only on track two ... but all I hear is greatness and I am not leaving my chair till I hear it all. I was not prepared to hear this level of flyness, but you bet your **** I opened my mind fast so I can receive it all. Track three is running now. So far, hands down, this is the realest ish on such a cultural level .... it's ghetto social commentary from a whole different perspective. Track four has such a beautiful ache to it that makes it so melodic. You kept telling me this project was going to be amazing .... and it's more than that. This is absolutely stunning.”

"...i love the vibe of your guy’s music... I like track #3... soulful kind of gal to... but keep it up love the production u guys are putting in .. Stay up! “ XO- DJ NITA - Sacramento
Theatrical Rockers, “The Billy Martini Show” to celebrate CD release at Don Quixote’s Santa Cruz, California, February 28, 2008- Santa Cruz’s own Billy Martini is coming home to celebrate the release of his band’s second album, “Pajama Party A Go-Go.”
Don’t let the name fool you, though, this is hard hitting, driving Rock ‘N Roll. On Friday, March 7, 2008, The Billy Martini Show will take the stage at Don Quixote’s International Music Hall in Felton. Their live performance couples the flamboyant front man with pounding drums, heavy bass lines, and bone crushing guitar riffs. The addition of special effects and dancing girls, make this an auditory and visual extravaganza. Other band members, Steve Allison-guitar, Heath Bullet-percussion and backing vocals, and Johnny Lovegroove-the Host of the Show are also from the Santa Cruz area. John Keith-bass, Eric Wood-drums, and The Martini Dancers are from the Bay Area. RoughEdge.com said, “…in my opinion, nobody does it like The Billy Martini Show… solid music, quality musicianship, a band that doesn't take themselves too seriously, that plays the music the way they want to and has a great time doing it. The Billy Martini Show showcases some outstanding musicians.” The Billy Martini Show – Pajama Party A Go-Go CD Release Party Friday March 7, 2008 8:00 p.m. Don Quixote’s International Music Hall 6275 Highway 9 Felton, CA 95018 21 & over $7 in advance/ $7 at the door Contact: Billy Martini 831-476-2113 email: billy@billymartini.com http://www.billymartini.com http://www.myspace.com/billymartini Electronic Press Kit: http://www.sonicbids.com/TheBillyMartiniShow

Bryant's WildLife set free
New CD release from jazz fusions artist celebrates diverse influences
Seattle WA - Imagine Billy Joel or Elton John opting for careers as keyboardists rather than pop vocalists. Their music might sound a lot like the music on WildLife, from indie fusion veteran Gary Paul Bryant.
Applying the rock energy of artists like Joel, John and Keith Emerson with lighter touches of Jazz and New Age artists like David Arkenstone and David Lanz, Bryant creates a unique blend of rock, pop jazz and world music that's very unique and appealing.
Thirteen new upbeat instrumentals that cross genres and generations are offered on Gary's 10th CD. Following on the heels of Big World, Legacy and Imaginary Piano, WildLife draws on a palette of influence that includes classical, world, rock and jazz.
There?s no question that the outdoors was on Bryant?s mind when he penned these tunes. Each title evokes a unique relationship with his love of the Pacific Northwest outdoors.
The title track WildLife lures you in with a somewhat warm, but tense new-age feel that explodes into jazz fusion within the first 90 seconds. The upbeat and pop rock cut One Cool Squirrel is definitely the most radio friendly tune in the collection while Raptor Ridge, Burning Hills and Storm on Sucia fuse traditional classical themes with metal rock.
Bryant has seen some success from previous releases. Imaginary Piano, released in May of 2005 included several tracks that still get considerable airplay. Flipside, from Imaginary Piano, went to #3 on the Jazz charts in Australia, while Deliberate Love went to the top 25 on the New Age charts. Big World, his last CD release, went to number 1 in the Jazz charts at Soundclick.com
Most of Gary's music is available on CD from a number of outlets including his own web site, GaryPaulBryant.com, CDBaby.com and others. Additionally, nearly all of his tracks are available for iPod and MP3 downloading from his website and other sites including iTunes.com, eMusic.com and Rhapsody.

The Journey is the name of the album.[http://www.radioindy.com/bands/1629/]'Pleasantly enticing' and 'a perfect balance between rhyme and beat' are just a few of the accolades attributed to this new product from Barbadian rapper The Worderer. Fresh off his brow-raising album 'I Represent!!',The Worderer re-emerges with his latest project,The Journey'. Decidedly more musically focused,'The Journey' sees a wholesale leaning towards R&B/hip hop, making it a more commercially viable entity than it's predecessor, and with his enduring partnership with Queens,New York producer Quixotic proving to be one of undoubted fertility, this West Indian talent is clearly more formidable than ever.
The Worderer wastes no time with an intro that beckons the listener to be a part of his journey. This drops into the title track itself,an excellent identity song especially for the first time listener intrigued by The Worderer's peculiar accent and flow.Such intrigue is smoothly assuaged as one is taken through a vividly detailed tour of his roots and culture with lines like..'I'm from Barbados, that's in the West Indies, we got the tropical breeze and the hot honies'...'I used to play cricket and pitch marbles for fun'...'on the Golden Rock block is where I started my dream'. The West Indian vocal sits snugly on top of the hip hop grooves and is comfortable on the ear. However, the flow really takes off on the very slick and catchy R&B hip-hop production of 'Droppin'Heat'.Quixotic, arguably one of the best kept secrets in the mecca of hip-hop producers, whips up a clever sampling of some old Diana Ross and Marvin Gaye while The Worderer locks in with his unique brand of delivery.Lines like'mistakes never made the man and shouldn't break the man,to make this work I had to work a plan, stay focused and forget the grands, that's why I connect with the fans..' are bound to resonate well with even the most simplistic of listeners. 'Step to me' has stuck with the classic 4/4 flow but with such a driving track and groovy hook, this one could well receive heavy club rotation.'Grouch House' injects some quirky comic relief with some graphic story telling in a purposefully old school flavor. All said,'The Journey' is quite compellingly rendered and brimming with personality. This is truly http://www.myspace.com/httpwwwmyspacecomtheworderer [Worderer] domain and he seems to take special joy in flaunting it. ###
THE WORDERER'S LYRICAL STYLE AND MUSIC CAN BE QUITE DIVERSE.LYRICALLY HE IS LIKE THE WEST INDIAN VERSION OF COMMON AND KANYE WEST.HIS FLOW IS SMOOTHE,EXCEPTIONAL AND HE'S EQUALLY FLUID WITH RAGA MUFFIN' AND SOCA.SO GO ON,GIVE A LISTEN.

ATTACKHEAD RELEASES DEBUT CD WITH 5% OF ALL PROFITS BENEFITING THE MELANOMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION
The Southern California heavy metal band, “Attackhead” has partnered with the New Jersey-based Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) to help raise funds for melanoma research and education. Attackhead is donating five percent of all profits from the sales of its merchandise to the non-profit organization.
The decision to partner with the MRF came after Mark Chapman’s, lead singer/guitarist of Attackhead, father died in July 2005 from complications caused by melanoma. Chapman hopes this partnership will raise funds and educate a younger audience about the dangers of melanoma.
“Many people do not understand the seriousness of melanoma,” said Chapman. “Attackhead is proud to support the work of the Melanoma Research Foundation.”
Attackhead was formed in late 2002 by Chapman. The band has been described as “skull crushing heavy metal with an old school edge.” Attackhead has been performing in the Southern California area and is gaining a good reputation in the music industry. Attackhead self-produced their full length debut CD “Voices in the Dark.” in late 2007 and has been receiving radio airplay on internet radio stations and podcasts throughout Canada, the US and UK.
“We are very grateful to Attackhead for their commitment to melanoma education,” said Linda Pilkington, executive director of MRF. We hope this partnership will generate additional visibility about the importance of early detection.”
Americans have a one in 60 lifetime risk of developing melanoma, and approximately 53,000 cases of invasive melanoma are expected to be diagnosed this year. Estimates suggest that one in 50 will be diagnosed in 2010. In fact, melanoma is the primary cause of cancer death in women 25 to 30 years old and the number two cause of cancer death, after breast cancer, in women 30 to 35 years old. The average life span for someone with advanced melanoma is less than one year.
Attackhead’s CD can be purchased on the Web at CDmaximum.com, CD Baby or through Attackhead’s Web sites, www.attackhead.com or www.myspace.com/attackhead. Downloads are available at iTunes, Rhapsody, Emusic, Napster, CDmaximum and at Attackheads Myspace site.
