We just completed recording a 10 song album, "SPOKE TOO LOUD", and it was released privately on July 11th @ Humphreys by the Bay in San Diego, Ca. The album is due to hit shelves locally September 11th, 2007 and will be available nationally as soon as we get some distribution, which is in the works. The Album is available through Itunes worldwide, Emusic, Sony connect, Napster, And Rhapsody.
"Spoke Too Loud" was produced, engineered, and mastered by 3 time SDMA Producer of the year Sven-Erik Seaholm @ Kitsch & Sync studios (this guy is amazing). Sheila Sondergärd is releasing her album "SPOKE TOO LOUD" wholly independent, and doing a grass roots campaign to get her album out there. We are currently booking shows throughout San Diego and abroad, as well as sending in the Promo packs to college and independent radio stations worldwide, Music magazines too. So any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
In the beginning of 2007, Sheila teamed up with five of San Diego's very best musicians, forming a band of world caliber talent. Their music is extremely diverse and boundary less, yet cohesive, intelligent, and thought provoking. We call it Intellipop, A sound that spans the genres of Jazz, Folk, Acoustic, Rock, Alternative, Reggae, Americana, and pop among others. Featuring 2007 Grammy Award winning drummer Bill Ray, Chuck Prada from the Black-eyed Peas on Percussions, this band is one to watch, and listen to!
"The textured and sensitive sensuality revealed through throaty vocals, in Shelia Sondergard's recently released "Spoke Too Loud" show her growth and maturation as a promising new up-and-comer. While Sondergard's past work, has lent towards a more angelic meets acoustic sound, "Spoke too Loud" echoes the complexities of finding an independent voice amongst the world of have nots and heartbreaks. Performing with a full band that includes Sean Martin, Jason Littlefield, Jeremy Miller, Bill Ray and Chuck Prada, "Spoke too Loud" commands a larger than life presence, where songs layered in full form stylings and moody undertones reveal the subtleties of Sondergard's confessional style. Stand out tracks like the "Same Ol' Bend" and "Change" illustrate Sondergard's effortless range and wry wit. Overall, "Spoke too Loud" wonderfully highlights a new voice of beauty and independence that is as much pure emotion as insightful intellect". Kelly Grace - Downtown San Diego magazine

Less Than Under have completed their sophomore release, "Looking Through yoU" which was produced by Ahrue Luster of International recording/touring group “Ill Nino”. “This is an exciting time for [Less Than Under],” said Michael Aranda guitarist for the band, “having such an accomplished and respected artist to produce the album has pushed the band to the next level.” With the addition of Kyle Loucks on Bass, LTU is excited to ride the wave of their February 24th, 2009 release of “Looking Through you”. Less Than Under's sophmore relese "Looking Through yoU" is currently available now at cdbaby.com and most digital stores.
All good things come to those who deserve them. LTU strives for hard-hitting, powerful grooves while maintaining driving, thought provoking lyrics that resonate with the fact that there is a rougher side of life.
Quotes
This band is tight, their music is original, it's got balls and it stacks up better than most of the commercial hard rock acts out there today.

Melodic Hardrock Today ( Denmark) Circle Of Power is the title of Toxic Virgin`s second album. Toxic Virgin has been a band since 1995 they started their recording career with an EP called Love Rocket in 1999. The EP was followed up with their debut album, Toxic Virgin, 2000. The five musicians from Krefeld in Germany have since the start gotten great feedback from reviewers around the world, they have also climbed to the finals of the Germans Rock Musicians Awards twice.
The band is a great live band and have been touring with artists like Doro Pesch, Bonfire+++. Toxic Virgin play as they say themselves, pure rock, and they do it like they never have done anything else. I ask myself when I hear such a great band and songs, why this band are yet unsigned!. I think Toxic Virgin musically plays Melodic hardrock/ metal/ AOR and if you take a dose of Motley Crue mixed with some other bands like Dokken, Axe, Fm, you come close up the style they are playing. Broken Wings is the opener and after a nice intro it kicks of with real life. It`s a real classic hard rock song, with sing along refrain, great guitar solo and nice singing from Markus Litsch. Toxic Virgin gives us thirteen self written songs, the CD has fine variety, nice sound and production. Just listen to songs like Restless Heart, who is more AOR related, the fourth song Waiting For The Rain, a real rocker and this shows us the variety on this album. Until The End is the first ballad on the album, give this song some playing time on radio and you have a hit very soon. There are few week points on this CD and I understand why Toxic Virgin has got great reputation as a live band. I`m sure these songs also rock live, not only on CD. I wish this band the best in the future and that they soon will be picked up by a record company, so people through the whole world can hear this great band.
