FROM MEGAN JONES, MUSIC DIRECTOR, FUSION RADIO:

"I just wanted to take the opportunity to share my thoughts on Toronto’s own Matt Kusiba (& The Heard): It is very refreshing to see a band with so much enthusiasm not only for their own music, but for music and its scene in general. They are a hard-working team who spend a lot of time talking with fans one-on-one, getting feedback and doing anything so they can to improve as a band. That is an admirable quality. I have taken the opportunity to listen to four of their recorded songs and like them all very much. They have a “Foo Fighters” meets “Oasis” sound which, as a music director I would (and have) put into rotation. Their lyrics are sincere and thought provoking and their sound is appealing. I would highly recommend Mat & The Heard....They are marketable, unique and most importantly passionate people. "
